I was a SUPER bratty, picky eater until mid-college - there are tons of common foods I didn't try until adulthood because I was stubborn (like cherries.. mustard.. radishes.. cheese curds.. the list goes on) Subsequently, I think a lot about our son's relationship with food and how I'm fostering it.

The blurb about eating with your baby was timely, I realized that I'm always in such a rush to get home, get LO's food ready and get him fed before his nap he never sees me eat! So I'm going to at least eat something with him each day
