Topping our list is Germany, Ireland and China.
DH is German/Irish and I'm Chinese. We hope to take them to the Black Forest because near there is a village that's actually DH's last name. And I want to take the girls to the village I was born in. We still have a family home there!

Asia, to my birth city! It's not really a want, but a must at some point since we have so much family there still and I really want DD to meet her great grandmother.

Australia: LO loves animals and the beach so I feel like it would be a great place to bring him.
South Africa: I'd love to take him to see the penguins there and all of the African animals in their natural habitat.
Sicily: To show him where I lived when I was a kid.

It's so hard to pick 3!
We will definitely go to Kenya someday because we have great friends from Nairobi. We thought about going this summer to vacation with our friends there, but a lot of operators won't take kids on safaris until they are 6 or 8. So we are going to wait.
Egypt. We actually went last fall, but only to a resort. Someday I want to go see the pyramids and the Sahara and cruise down the Nile.
China. We are going to Hong Kong soon, but I would love to do more of a cultural tour when they are older since they do have Chinese roots.
Eta: we also need to take DD to Thailand since my dad is from there and his whole family is still there. We already took DS.

Ireland, because she's almost half Irish and the other thread has me daydreaming of going!
Costa Rica, because her daddy and I went on our honeymoon and I love the way of life there and want to inspire her to have a close relationship with nature.

Puerto Rico: Both of us were born and raised in PR so we will definitely be taking baby frequently. Right now it seems we are traveling back to PR 3 times in baby's first year!
England: We went to London about 6 months before we started TTC and the whole trip we both kept exclaiming what an awesome city to visit with kids it would be!
African Safari: We debated on whether to take a safari as our last pre-TTC trip but decided we wanted to experience it for the first time with our child when they are older. As much as we will enjoy this trip, imagining my child's face the first time it sees a lion in the wild makes sooooo worth the wait.

Oh gosh, there are so many places!
Ireland, because I have Irish ancestry and my husband has been there and says it's just beautiful. Spain because it is so rich with culture and Greece, because I just MUST see it!

Korea - My family still lives there and there's so much fun stuff for kids to do.
Can I say the EU? I would love to take my kids all over Europe on a long trip, but I can't decide on one location. I studied abroad in France and DH's family ancestry is Irish so I think Ireland could be fun, but then there's Spain and England, and Italy!

We've taken DS1 to where our family is from and plan to return in a couple of years. Would love to go anywhere in Europe next.

With kids:
Australia: I want them to experience the animals, ocean, and it's been on our bucket list forever.
Jamaica: or really any Caribbean island, I want to do an all inclusive when they get a bit older. Seems most likely and affordable!
Ireland: on my bucket list, maybe after they graduate high school we will take a trip!

Italy: DH is Italian
Russia/Belarus: I'm Russian. I want my DD to see where her mama grew up.
Israel: so much history! I went here as a kid and it left a huge impression on me. Also, I have a lot of extended family there.

Gosh, there are so many!
We did a Kenya safari for our honeymoon and I want to go back (or South Africa and Botswana) just the two of us when our son's around 4 or 5 and then go back with all three of us when he's around 10.
Peru is really high on our list of places we want to see and most Latin American countries love kids.
One of the polynesian islands. Though if it's Hawaii, that's the US, but I'm not sure which one.

I've travelled extensively and there are so many places I want to go back to with our children....and DH, who hasn't travelled nearly as much as I have! My girls have been to Australia, UK, US, Spain, and Indonesia (Bali) (only DD1, DD2 was still baking at the time), which isn't too bad for 3.5 yrs and 2 yrs old I don't think, but there are still loads more places for us to see!
My top three for places to go are:
1) South Africa to go on safari - I went on safari in Kenya and would love to experience something similar, yet new, with my girls!
2). France - one of my favourite countries that I'd love for the girls to experience, and they would be in a foodie heaven with all the amazing patisseries (they're a bit obsessed with coffee shops and pastries!)
3). China - I'd love for them to see where mummy and daddy met and fell in love

France is at the top of my list and I'm not sure what else I would choose. We just took him to England to visit family last week.

I want them to see Taiwan and Korea because they're half Taiwanese/half Korean. And Australia because I've always wanted to go there, and it seems like a great place to take the kids!

Definitely France, I lived there for 4 years as a kid/teen and have so many happy memories I want to share with my son.
New Zealand, can't believe we haven't been there already since its just a 3hr plane ride away, but my husband is Kiwi and most of his family still lives there, so I'm sure we'll go soon!
Switzerland for the beauty and the snowboarding!
