@hilsy85: Mine was inside the main bag zipper. If yours isn't there, then it may be missing. I thought mine wasn't there at first until I dumped it upside down. It was hard to see b/c everything was black. I've been using mine daily and totally love it. It's just so light!

@erwoo: ok sorry one more question! are your backpack straps actually detachable? On mine it looks like I can just tuck them away in a pocket--is that how it's supposed to be?

@hilsy85: It is attached and, yes, you can tuck them into the big back pocket if you want it out of the way. I thought it was weird at first but I found myself switching to backpack mode randomly while I'm out. It's so thin and light so it's not a big deal for me. I usually put wipes, hand sanitizer, and diapers in that area anyway.
