DS is turning 2 in 4 days(!!!); and is currently into airplanes. When he sees or hears one fly over, he'll get excited and yell airplane then wave it bye bye.
Any recommendations on a good toy airplane for my lil man?

Mine likes the little ones from the movie Planes. He pretends flies them everywhere.

E loves the little people airplane. It sings and everything. Loves it.

@blackbird: Does your LO try to pick it up and make it fly? We don't have any airplanes at home so I'm debating if he wants to make it fly, if this will be too heavy or bulky.

We have a ton of stuff, the LP airplane, the LP helicopter, assorted mini planes from Planes Movie. I wish I had gotten him a Battat Take Apart plane, though.
