When did you transition your child from the baby tub to the real bath tub? My son is almost 10 months and trying to crawl out of the tub. But the full tub would require so much more water, and seems dangerous....

My LO is 4 months and we have been using the big tub since 2 months. It's really not that much more water, and I usually get in there with him.

To transition our guy we bathed him in the baby tub set inside the big tub for a little bit (a week or so), then when he was used to that, bathed him in the big tub using his little tub sling. Now he is totally used to the big tub and loves splashing around in there.

We only had a bath seat thing so we took her out and put her in the big tub once she started sitting on her own and trying to get out so at about 6 or 7 months.
