Now that LO is officially in a big kid bed, we're trying to figure out what this means for us traveling. We're going to see her grandparents in May, and neither set has any space to put an actual bed (though my mom will try her mightiest to make it a home away from home). What do you all do with your toddlers when you travel? We'd like not to start a bed sharing habit, so would love recommendations for travel beds, something that can be stored easily at the grandparents, etc. Thanks!

We have a toddler blow up mattress. It's like a little mattress set inside a bigger piece that keeps them from rolling out.

We use The Shrunks inflatable toddler mattress ... It's awesome!

We also have the Shrunks bed. At 4.5 my LO still likes to use it.

Sorry, had to dig it out. Intex is the brand. We got it at Aldi's for about 30 bucks.

We have a Shrunks air mattress.
Have had to use the warranty (the plug came off) and the customer service was awesome.Have also used a Regalo cot and haven't had any complaints.

We have the AeroBed Mattress for Kids, which is another inflatable toddler mattress. My son slept on it for 8 nights at Disney World and had no complaints.

I'm not sure how long this will work but DS still sleeps in a packnplay when we are at other people's houses. He doesn't care.

We have the Regalo cot that we use for camping. It folds up nicely for storage too.

We got DS a traveling cot from Amazon (Regalo). It's great! It folds up like a camping chair.

She uses a fold up cot from Walmart when she sleeps at my parents house.

My DD didn't mind a PNP while traveling and we used it until LO2 needed it. Now she uses a Regalo cot from Walmart.

we have an inflatable bed.

@brownepiano: yeah, mine is getting a bit long for the PNP (she only fits diagonally if fully stretched, and can easily climb out of it), and since we moved her to a bed, we figured we'd move off the PNP too.
