@LovelyPlum: Are you the TTC after loss board? http://boards.hellobee.com/topic/ttc-after-loss
You should come on over and commiserate.

@My Only Sunshine: thanks! I wasn't sure if I should, because my losses were before my daughter. But I'm getting nervous as we start again. I'm worried about trying again.

I didn't change anything at first for TTC #2, but did have another miscarriage. so next time I get pregnant my doctor advised starting progesterone, baby aspirin, and extra folic acid, so if it something with me and is an easy fix we will catch it.
I'm going to cut back on caffeine and alcohol as well prior to BFP which I never have in past.

I had a loss before DS and then another loss when we started TTC for #2. We didn't change anything since we weren't doing anything that could affect the outcome. We were nervous and anxious as crap to TTC again. We're currently expecting #2 now, but the days leading up to each appt have been causing lil heart/panic attacks.
Good luck to you and wishing you sticky baby dust!!

I had a loss before #1. #2 was a surprise so I really did nothing to prep for TTC and have had no issues so far at 26 weeks.

@runnerd: I really hate that you had another one I was thinking about the folic acid and aspirin. I also went GF to potentially help with implantation last time. Maybe I will again?

@Alivoo01: thank you! That panic is what I dread. I'm glad things are going well for you!
@Truth Bombs: congratulations!

I had one loss before having LO. For this pregnancy, I am taking B6 supplements. I have a really short luteal phase (8-10 days) so at first I was taking them just to try to lengthen it while TTC. After I got my bfp, I figured I'd stick with them until the end of the first tri. I am only 5.5 weeks along so we'll see how it goes.

Yes, very nerve-wracking. TTC or pregnancy will never be the same joyous experience it once was for me. However, I won't give up on my dream for more kids and will keep on trying!
I had to change my mindset to remember that its more a physical act of nature and not to make it so emotional, but thats hard.
Good luck!!

@Autumnmama79: totally agree. 2 of 3 pregnancies have been losses - I don't think I can ever view these processes the same. I am just so ready to get through the childbearing years and close the door and have my family completed! Have been some of the most anxious years of my life.

@LovelyPlum: I had two before E and took my prescription folic acid, an aspirin, and progesterone for/during T's pregnancy

I'm nervous about this myself, but have lots of time to think about it. I hope your journey this time is an easy one!

@runnerd: Same here, 2 of 3 have been losses. I'm sorry to hear that you're in the same boat. I used to tell my newly pregnant friends that being pg is the "best and most exciting time in your life!!", but not anymore. And I agree, the anxiety is at times all consuming. All I can do is trust that one day, we'll get there and be holding babies.

@LovelyPlum: I very much hope that you don't experience another loss, but I totally get your panic. I really couldn't relax at first blood work or even first ultrasounds. I've posted my history quite a bit, but I've had 2 MCs before LO and two after him before I got pregnant with this baby. I'm 37 weeks, so just praying the last 3 weeks go ok!
Sending lots of love

As I'm sure you know I had a m/c before N and I didn't change anything when we started ttc #2 and even after the two ectopic this year we haven't changed anything yet right now we're just going off faith until I either get another bfp or if we don't conceive this cycle I have an US set up for the end of this month. But I so hope you have a easy time ttc #2 and don't have to experience anymore loss

Good luck with TTC. Its so scary TTC after losses. I haven't changed anything really and have been super stressed after my December loss. I just got a BFP this week and I feel very very unsettled. I don't know if this feeling will go away until I hold a baby in my arms.
