I know the internet can be an amazing source of info, but quite frankly I am freaking myself out. I am currently being examined for a plethora of random side effects that occurred after I came off the pill.

To make a long story short, I got of the pill, gained 15 pounds (along with other lousy side effects) and there was no period in sight. After seeing an RE, we did a bunch of tests and it turned out I am insulin resistant and have really low TSH, but normal T4 and T3. This prompted my doctor to make me get an MRI and sonogram of my thyroid, which shows that it is slightly enlarged. My antibodies were also elevated. In the meanwhile, I have had hypo symptoms. My RE has referred me to a regular endo (whom I will see in one week) and prescribed me the thyroid replacement pill.

We aren't thinking about TTC for a few more months, but I was told my thyroid issues need to be squared away before TTC. I know there may be other issues with TTC because I do not normally ovulate. All this being said, have any of you ladies had to deal with thyroid conditions and TTC? Advice and encouragement are welcome.
