What are some tricks to get preggo quickly? Last go around I did the whole "Sperm meets egg" plan where you drink grapefruit juice and take mucinex lol Not sure if it actually helped but I got pregnant that same month.
Any tricks?
OH. And can anyone tell me how to temp?

There aren't really any tips or tricks to get pregnant quickly, you can do everything 'right' and still not get pregnant. Just learn when you ovulate, and bd as much as you can around that time frame. It will happen when it's meant to happen

Super short version of temping is to get a BBT, take your temp when you first wake up and after getting at least 4 hours of restful/continuous sleep. So if you got up at 6am to pee and plan to go back to sleep, I'd just take your temp then vs when you get back up at 7 or 8am.

I didn't read TCOYF, but I read the temping guide in Fertility Friend. It's an app and explains temping / analyzes your charts for you. You can also look on the charting board here. There are a lot of expert charting Bees
There are no real tips and tricks to getting pregnant - it just takes time and patience, unfortunately. Learning when you ovulate is a big piece of the puzzle, though!

If you are healthy and don't have any underlying problems (you or your partner), the only "trick" is to figure out when you are ovulating and try then.
Temping is very useful to determine if you have ovulated, but by the time your temp rises, you will already have missed your window of opportunity, so it's best to combine it with ovulation tests if you want to conceive quickly.

I don't have much to offer for ttc, but I have been temping/charting for pregnancy prevention for awhile so I can highly recommend TCOYF as well.
Like others have said, too, I thought I knew my body pretty well before, but after reading this book, I have a whole new appreciation for what we go through as women! It's pretty amazing, really!
