My two year old has a raging cold (and a raging temper because of it, yay!) and we've been totally blowing screen time out of the water..lol. I don't even care.
She also had two oreos for dinner the night before last because she wouldn't eat ANYTHING and I needed her to sleep. So, whatever. and she STTN for the first time in awhile!

Hahaha! Mine are along the same lines. Carby dinner followed by Daniel tiger before bed last night because my back hurt too much to deal and dad was tired too.

I'm bribing my child to *try* and get her back on track with potty training. She's regressing so bad right now after being fully potty trained for 1 1/2 months and I'm promising her everything under the moon to get her back on track.
I also may have lied last night and said "Peter Rabbit was sleeping" when she asked for the 20th time to watch him, I was being selfish and wanted to watch the Bachelor. She went and told DH that "my mommy makes me so mad" and she played with him instead...bad mom moment. (and this is her new phrase, insert mommy/daddy/the dog/ect.)

I totally got mad at my 2 yo for a potty "accident." (Obviously I don't think it was an accident.) she knows how to push my buttons this girl!

Last night, E was so engrossed in her new magnatiles, she wouldn't let DH or I touch them. I hope she wants to play with them again tonight, because that means I can sit near her and read my book

LO wakes up at 5ish every morning. I'm too tired from pregnancy to deal with her at that hour. So I've been turning on Curious George. DH says this morning that it needs to stop. I said it will absolutely stop when he gets out of bed to deal with her in the morning. I think we're going to have that habit for a while.

LO came with me and DH for my doctor's appointment today and when we were in the exam room I just handed her a huge ziplock Baggie of puffs and crackers and she went to town. Best appointment ever. I think she thought she was in heaven.
Of course she did not want any lunch when we got home.....

@Corduroy: When my LO wakes up at 5am, I totally hand her a cereal bar and pouch and put on Daniel Tiger and stay in bed. You do what you've gotta do!

I took J upstairs for bed last night, read him a story. He didn't want to go to sleep in his bed, so I said he could fall asleep in our bed. I was exhausted. It was 9:30.
DH came upstairs at 11:30 to find J singing to himself next to me in bed. I was sleeping!

This morning I started crying in a meeting with a client because she asked me how I was doing and how I was enjoying staying home with the girls. I didn't lose it or anything, but couldn't really hold back or two when I answered. Good thing she's a mom and understood!

I started PTing yesterday, and I'm already ready to quit. I'm thinking about putting her back in diapers, and just letting her potty train herself when she's 7 or so.

@Corduroy: hehe we've had the same George habit recently, too. All she wants in the morning is "George in mommy daddy bed!" But I'm not pregnant, I'm just lazy.

I let my kid eat a lollipop off the ground 
It was his holiday gift, and it was my fault he dropped it, and we had a 40 minute walk before we could get home and wash it. He was crying so hard I figured the dirt is the lesser of two evils.

We watched Wreck it Ralph, Frozen and The Santa Clause all in one day last week. I was sick with a really bad cold and just couldn't deal with anything.

T and I are both sick (although it's bringing me down more than him!) and not only have we had screen time all day, but he hasn't had any floor time. Either bouncer, walker, or sitting on the couch with me. I feel bad because he needs the activity badly, but geez I can't get off the couch without feeling dizzy. Bleh.

All three of us just had the flu. We were so incapacitated and sick that we barricaded off the living room from the rest of the house, blew up the air mattress, and let LO have free reign. I've done such little parenting over the past 3 days. Sunday was her birthday, and we were all feverish and exhausted. Why did we move away from our family?!
