My LO has a stuffy nose so we put a towel under the head of her mattress to help her breathe better. She rolled over and is sleeping on her tummy. Any reason I shouldn't let her sleep on her tummy when the mattress is at an incline?

Nope. I think she should be fine. Hope she feels better soon!

Nope. She may wiggle down or turn herself around because of the incline but I'm inclined to think (ha ha ha) that if she can roll herself, she'll be fine no matter what position she assumes.
Little man slept on an inclined mattress for three months for the same reason. No fear, mama.
