We have the Snapware glass set from Costco. The containers are glass, but the lids are plastic. We put them in the microwave and the dishwasher all the time. The link below isn't the exact set that we have, but it is very similar.

I really like Pyrex.

Another vote for Snapware from Costco...and I have some glasslock from crate and barrel I like too.

We use the frigoverre brand - we initially got it at Crate & Barrel but they always have it at my local HomeGoods so I've added to my collection quite a bit from there!

We have Snapware from Costco also. Love them.

I don't like the snapware style stuff because I've found mold likes to grow in the area between the plastic top and the rubber seal.

Glasslock is awesome. There are some that are even oven-safe, so you can make a casserole in it, stick it in the fridge or freezer, and then transfer it to the oven to bake and reheat leftovers in the microwave all in the same dish. Not all are, though (I got mine at the Container Store during one of their sales and I think all of the ones they sell are). They come in rectangular, square, and round and they nest nicely. I LOVE my Glasslock, just wish it was a bit cheaper.
