I'm pretty sure my body is entertaining itself by playing TTC Roulette. I had a little EWCM the last few days and some cramping a coulple nights ago. Today everything was all dried up, so I was pretty confident about ovulation. Then, tonight, I spontaneously had more EWCM then I've EVER had! WTH, Body??? Did you ovulate or not? I can't wait to start charting again so I at least know after the fact that I really did O.

AF. I knew it because I woke up an hour before my alarm with cramps I *knew* were her and nothing else. I almost didn't bother temping, and even though it was early, it was coverline. I got up to pee and there she was.
Welp. I've learned this month that my PMS symptoms are apparently exactly like everyone else's pregnancy symptoms, so no more symptom spotting for me in the future

I'm actually hoping/praying she makes an appearance for me soon. Knowing I have a BFN after the IVF, but still not having AF is making me crazy! I just want to move on!

@Mrs. Blue: I had this happen to me last cycle too!! I don't temp, but I did use OPK and it gave me a smiley face say on a Monday, but I got lots of EWCM on Thursday. I was like WTF?! Someone mentioned that EWCM doesn't always come during O and can come prior to or even after O. Just to make things more complicated and confusing for us TTC-ers!

@Alivoo01: I'd go by the smiley face, I think! CM can be pretty unpredictable if you're new to tracking it, from what I hear. -
@Alivoo01: Thanks! That is so helpful. I didn't really know you could get EWCM after O. That's sort of irritating if that's what happened since it would have been helpful to have that kind of EWCM BEFORE ovulation instead of the half-a** EWCM I had earlier. Le sigh....

@Mrs. Blue: If you're up for it, a good way to tell if you're going to ovulate (or if you already have) is to actually check your cervix position. I never got good at this because I started trying to check it during my last cycle, but it definitely was accurate (for me at least).

@Alivoo01: I can relate on the smiley face but not sure about O'ing. I got a Smiley on CD19 last month but didn't get AF until CD 44 which would mean a 25 phase and according to everything I've read and my OB that's not likely. So, I probably O'd around CD25 to CD28 or so. It's very frustrating.
That's why I didn't do anything so far this month. I'm enjoying my husband and if we get lucky then great. If not we are going to get a SA for him I believe and if that comes back ok then we are probably going to start Clomid since my OB finally agrees that my cycles are a mess. It's all so stressful.

@Adira: So, I've tried to do that, and it hasn't been super successful. I think I can sort of tell whether it's high or low, but as far as open or closed and firm or soft, I suck. Also, around ovulation, I think it's to high for me to feel. Any tips?

@Mrs. Blue: I also couldn't really tell when I was about to ovulate if I could feel it or not. It either felt super soft or I couldn't reach it - I wasn't sure. But a couple days later, it was low and firm (felt similar to the tip of my nose), so I knew I had ovulated. I think if you can't really reach it or aren't sure if you're feeling it, that's probably a good sign that you're going to ovulate soon.
Although, I'm not sure how the cervix behaves if you have longer cycles or delayed ovulation. If you experience multiple patches of EWCM, your cervix position may be just as useless. I'm honestly not sure.

Hi, ladies!
I've been keeping a low profile. I'm 99% sure that I'm going to start tomorrow morning right on time. I'm actually pretty cool with it. I've been secretly testing on the cheapies since 8 dpo, but I knew it wasn't going to turn positive. I did stress myself out more than I wanted to waiting, so this next month is going to be just fun times BD whenever Hubby and I are together. : ) I'll update when I know for sure and I'll make sure to bring my pretty little self over to the "Business" thread. : )
