@Mr.s Blue: So sorry!
Update on me so far.....I've started to see sides of EWCM. Usually I have a few days of it, so unless something drastic happens the rest of the night and tomorrow during the day, I should O sometime later tomorrow night or later. I would love for it to get a BFP this cycle, but if it doesn't work, I just want to make sure we have a chance. Sometimes living the way we do, it's hard to do that. : /

I'm still waiting around to O and I am not really sure if it's coming. I thought I saw ewcm a couple of days ago, but it never amounted to anything, so I am really not sure. I'm only CD14 though, and the earliest I have ever O'd is CD18, so I'm still just chillin'...

@bluestriped bee: I am late in replying but I hope you see this message. I am so sorry that you and your DH are going through this and had to make the tough decision to put TTC on hold. You have been so supportive to all of us! I hope you and DH come out of this with a much stronger marriage to then bring a baby into a strong family. Best wishes!

Update on me... I am hoping I O'd yesterday. I think I got a positive OPK on Friday night. I use the cheapies with the lines & usually confirm a positive looking strip test with a digital. But when I saw the test Friday I was out of town & didn't have a digital with me. I took a month off Clomid wanting to see how my body would react on its own. we've been BDing, so now we wait.
Overall I feel a little more laid back this cycle, I think it's due to not taking Clomid. The prior two months when I was on it, I felt pressure to really take advantage of the medicated cycle. This month I decided we would just see how the next couple of months went and if I am not PG, then I'll go to an RE, maybe do an HSG, etc. In 9 or 10 days when i want to test early, remind me that I said I was laid back this cycle, ha, ha

@Jennimac: Does your DH leave for work on Monday? Is that why you are kind of worried about having a chance?
Fwiw- I looked on FF the other day for the first time in ages, and I realized that in March, when we got pg with this baby, DH left for work offshore at like 6am on a Sunday, so we did not BD that day. FF has Sunday as the day I O'd. We did it 2x on Saturday, 0x on Friday, and 1x on Thursday. So if he's leaving for work, even if you O one day later, you still have a shot!
There were so many months that we did it like every day leading up to O, O day, and the day after. We also changed it up to EOD, O day, and usually one day after. I looked at the Jan/Feb cycles too, and we were not able to do it exactly on O day those months either and we got pg with the CPs. So non-O-Day BD can definitely work! My fingers are crossed for you!!!

@jholler25: hubby works in a different town than our 'main' house is located. I'm going down there to spend a weeken since I'm out of school right now. The perks of being a teacher. I think I'm going to O tomorrow or later this week, which is fine! I just wanted to be able to have a shot at it. I would love to get pregnant this cycle, but the due date is also the date our daughter was born and we lost her, so it's bittersweet. I just want us to have a chance and then whatever happens can happen. The time we got our BFP, we BD one time that month due to hubby's work schedule. That's all we needed, so maybe we can get lucky again. I'm just glad my body held out and actually is O-o-ing now or will in the next few days. I'm seeing some good EWCM! We will also being using the PP.

How is everyone today? It's a holiday up in Canada so we are going golfing and then out to lunch!
I'm still waiting to O, still seeing possible ewcm so we are BD'ing like champs!!! Lol. Hopefully it happens soon

No sign of O for me yet, which is expected. I'm only on cycle day 13 of 32 sooo. I forgot to do my ovulation kit this morning so now I will be holding it for 4 hours
Hopefully we get some BFPs here soon, they give me hope!

@alison206: do you get a fade in pattern with opks? Any sign it's coming?

I did get a very faint pink line 2 days in a row, however CM is still dry. Last time I charted my temps, they were very consistent. Now they are all over the place so I don't know what that means. I think we're going to go ahead and BD from yesterday till we get the O.

Hi all! I'm a little confused today because I started charting about a week ago, didn't see a temp spike a day or two after my positive OPK. Trying to not worry this means I didn't O at all! Just gonna hang tight and keep temping and hopefully all will be clear soon enough

@Mrs. Blue: Sorry to hear diablo showed!
I'm just updating as well, I'm on CD 14 and I usually O around CD 17/18 so just waiting to O. Things I'm doing differently this cycle - no more OPKs, doing the legs in the air, and BD well past my O date.
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@Smurfette: The day I expected them to (day after O-guess date), it spiked almost 1 degree and I was excited, but dropped back to what I think is baseline the day after. Today it was back up. Maybe yesterday was a fluke? Not sure.
Edit - I know this isn't very helpful since I happened to start charting like 2 days before the +OPK, but for what it's worth: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/3cf794

@JoJoGirl: I think FF won't show you ovulated until it shows three days of higher temps. Hopefully the next couple days your temps go back up!
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@Smurfette: oh no, i know FF won't give me crosshairs, but I was hoping that the temps would support the OPK data, you know? Especially because we timed BD around the OPk, not the temps - dunno if that means we should start up again.
GOLD / wonderful coconut / 33402 posts
@JoJoGirl: It does seem weird that you would have had a low temp yesterday. I am not an expert on tempting, so maybe someone else can give some insight. I am sure you covered yourself though since you timed BD around the OPK. Who knows maybe after a couple months you will see that the temp pattern is normal for you.
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@Smurfette: The only thing I can think of is I got up to take my temp the same time as I do during the week (5:30am) but went to bed like 2.5 hrs later than I do during the week cause it was Saturday night... I wonder if number of hours of sleeping could have thrown it off. Ah well. Thanks for your input

@JoJoGirl: did you try plugging in a fake temp for tomorrow to see what happens?
cantaloupe / 6397 posts
@JoJoGirl: yeah! I do that sometimes for fun also, you could try changing the interpretation method. Just bc you had the low temp doesn't mean you didn't ovulate when the opk showed!
cantaloupe / 6730 posts
@JoJoGirl: I bet you had a fluke temp for sure, either too high CD23 or too low CD24. But it will figure itself out. My temps are often wonky right after O, but a pattern usually emerges. Hang in there!

Hi, ladies! Well, still had EWCM and earlier tonight I started having ovulation pains. We were Over at our friends' house ( the ones that just found out she is pregnant and having a boy) and I looked at him and told him I was ovulating and he was like "well, we need to go!". :). We came home and BD. we will prob again in the morning. I dont know if we timed it right, but at least we had a shot! I'm so glad the timing worked out better than I thought it was going to.
cantaloupe / 6397 posts
@Jennimac: wohoo!!! So happy it worked out for you guys I'm going to email you today!
CD17 and still no temp rise. Still hoping it'll happen soon!
GOLD / wonderful coconut / 33402 posts
@Jennimac: Awesome! Glad that the timing worked out in your favor.
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@sslm: @Grace: Hahah thanks guys. It was still elevated today so I decided to 'discard' the temp from CD24 just so the chart makes more sense. Is that cheating?!
cantaloupe / 6730 posts
@JoJoGirl: the scientist in me won't let me discard a temp, but your outlier is so early in the TWW that it won't make a difference. Cheat away!!!
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@Grace: OMG. I seriously almost started that post with "Have any of your read 'How To Lie With Statistics', cause I just totally pulled one of those" - I'm a scientist too so I don't know who I was fooling!!! I guess I'll un-discard it and just assume I O'd the day after the OPK. That cracks me up.
cantaloupe / 6397 posts
Hate my body right now. No cm to speak of today and no temp rise still stuck in limbo land. Bummer.
@JoJoGirl: Doesn't an opk predict O in the next 24 to 48 hours? So your temps could be accurate and you O'd two days after the positive?
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@sslm: That's what I was hoping, but the day after the temp rise, it fell again, which is what makes me worry I didn't O after the OPK after all.
cantaloupe / 6397 posts
@JoJoGirl: oh, whoops. I really should pay more attention!!! So what happens if you put a high temp in for tomorrow? I think the dip was just a fluke.
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@sslm: You mean in terms of crosshairs? Nothing I Put in a higher temp for tomorrow but it didn't do anything. I think cause it has to be 3 days of higher temps over the previous 3 days, right? So the spike will probably throw that off too. I'm going to just ASSUME i Od on CD23. Maybe in a few more days i'll make more sense.
cantaloupe / 6397 posts
@JoJoGirl: I've definitely manipulated FF to show what I thought was accurate before!! I honestly think sometimes we know our body better than their software dies (shocking, I know, lol)
