I have a pair of ugg slippers that I only wear when the weather turns cold. Putting them on this year they feel a bit tight. Since it has been a whole year since I last wore them I cant recall if this is how they usually feel or if my ever so slightly swollen pregnant lady feet are to blame. I ask because I am planning on ordering a new pair and would like to get the right size. There is no place close to me that sells them in store so I was going to order online. I normally wear an American size 8 1/2 to 9 and these are 9's....what size do you ladies usually get in Ugg slippers? You think I should go up to a ten or would those be too big?

Which kind of Ugg slippers are they? I wear an 8 1/2 and usually size down in Uggs to an 8.

I have the dakota slippers in a 7, I normally wear a 7 and they are nice and snug. If I got a 7 in ugg boots, they would be too big! So I do find that they are a snug fit.

I think they are a snug fit because the fleece is so plush. I like my slippers a little large, though, so I size up for those. I prefer the boots tighter, so I buy my actual size. I think I buy an 8 in the slippers and a 7 in the boots.
EtA : I have the Scuffette slipper, which is not a full coverage shoe, so it was almost necessary to size up. Not sure which on you are looking at.
