we used to, but now we're so dang tired all the time, we will sometimes go to bed mad at each other. -
BLEHHH hate those times.
I've realized in our recent times though, that I really appreciate the cooling off time even though I may not realize it at the time. With my firecracker temper, it saves me guilt and grief later on!

oh no.. I can't stand arguing so we always make up really fast. ha. DH used to stay mad at me for at least a few hours, but now he gets over it quickly

@Rubies: yea I've been working on that this past year. even though im not conscious of it during it.. (cuz im one to want to talk things out right away).. i realize if i continue the talk, it just gets more heated and i work myself up more for nothing.
so i try to cool off and then reapproach the subject.

@Rubies: I had an argument with Hubby on Monday night. It all stemmed from the fact that I fell asleep on the couch, which I hate to do. Then, he fell asleep and we woke up an hour later. I was super cranky and then when we went upstairs to go to bed, he was getting a glass of milk. He left it on the counter and I asked him if he was done with it and he was like, "I'm a grown man I can take care of it myself. YOu just need to go back to bed!" Well, I went to bed and turned myself on my side and didn't touch him once during the night. The next morning we both apologized. It was silly.
