I woke up this morning after seven hours of uninterrupted sleep (!!!) to a sore throat. My nose is a little stuffy but I can breathe through it. My jaw and ear ache on the one side, it hurts to swallow, but I can talk normally.

I think it's just sinuses but I need to know medicine to take. My normal regime would be sudaphed and benadryl but since those dry up milk production I'm at a loss. Anyone?
