@twoofeverything: Not recently... I used to try a lot in the 9-12 week time frame and it never worked. Now i'd definitely be terrified to wake her or add another feed!

I am so sorry that you're dealing with this! We were in the exact same boat up until about 8 months and I know how exhausting it can be.
We turned a corner when LO was about 8 months old and finally, finally swaddle weaned. We did this very late because he could not seem to get comfy before that time (he was not rolling in his crib so we were not concerned about the late weaning). At 8 months, we swaddle weaned and LO turned over on his tummy and was so much comfier! He started waking only 2-3 times per night (down from 5-6!).

My 17-month old has never slept through the night.
Last night I only got 45 minutes of sleep because she would only sleep on me sitting up in the glider!
So... umm... I feel your pain. And then some.
FWIW, my LO started sleeping much better when she became a belly sleeper. Went from waking up every 2 hours to waking every 3-4.
