My Internet bill used to be $X. I called and down graded to a different service on march 3, which cost $X-$10. So my bill comes and it's for $x+$10. I called them, got a huge run around and supposedly I can't have this tier of service because I'm not a new customer (note its not a promotional price, its a tier of service). This is after switching, receiving a confirmation number and having the rep tell me what my bill would cost with the new service. I'm so irritated. There are no other home Internet carriers in our area and we don't have Internet on our cell phones but I'm seriously considering canceling. I even had one of the reps tell me the original rep lied to me. How is that my problem? Shouldn't the reps all be trained on the same thing? I'm so irritated! Any one else have TWC horror stories?
