what toothbrush do you guys recommend? my daughter is not a fan of me shoving a cloth in her mouth, and she's got half a dozen teeth now!

Could you ask your dentist? I mentioned it at my last dentist appointment and they threw a baby toothbrush in with my toothbrush. I don't remember which kind it was, but it was probably pretty similar to the ones at Target, etc.

We use the MAM toothbrush.

My BIL (who's a dentist) gives kids the Oral B stages toothbrushes. Even if they just chew on them and don't actually brush with them, he says it helps to have them just get used to having a brush in their mouth.
Also, make sure your LO sees you brush your teeth so they understand what's happening.

@marym - she is fascinated by our electric toothbrushes that i've finally gotten used to this year after my dentist has been telling me to use one for the last 5 years...i think we'll have to switch to regular brushes because she'll be too jealous of our electric ones.

I think I just got an Oral B one at Target. It has Winnie the Pooh on it.

For under 1, oral b makes a stage 1 brush for children 0-2 yr olds.

We have an Oral B toothbrush my dentist gave me. It says for kids 5-7 years, but I use it on DS when we're in the bath and he let's me brush his teeth!
