One of my goals this year is to try to cut out processed foods and artificial ingredients as much as possible out of my diet. Since LO is quickly growing into a toddler, I really want to model healthy eating habits for her. DH and I have pretty healthy eating habits for the most part - we rarely eat fast food, choose whole grains when possible, and try to eat lots of lean meats and fish. My biggest vice is my Diet Coke addiction I have such a hard time not reaching for one when I get sleepy in the afternoon! It's gonna be such a difficult habit to break...
