I don't know if they're definitely fragrance-free but Target Up & Up say they are "free of perfumes" and the main reason I like them is that there is no scent. I have a very sensitive eczema-prone baby and she does well with them when we can't use our cloth diapers.

I think Babyganics makes diapers now too.

Yep, I'm pretty sure that Target's Up&Up are scent free. I'm super sensitive to smells and the regular Pampers kill me with the scent - never been able to smell anything with Target brand. I think the new Pampers Pure are supposed to be unscented.

Naty by Nature Babycare. My DD was very sensitive and we used these for daycare and gDiapers at home.

Ditto the bamboo nature, those are the primary diapers we used for DS and I just moved DD to them at 6 weeks old when the samples/gifts started to run low.

@IRunForFun: Yes, how do people use the regular Pampers? The smell kills me.

We used Huggies Little Snugglers, I've never noticed a scent.

I'm a huge fan of pamper's pure. They're sort of pricey so I only buy them on sale, but they were like $6 off at Giant this week, and there's often coupons for them.

They're super soft though! And don't leak (which I've had issues with babyganics and honest co. ETA...and huggies)
