So we made it to our destination, had a nice visit, and was on our way home. US Airways BROKE our stroller. I don't mean snapped the cup holder off, they TORE off our wheel. THEN! Didn't offer to help us! We were on a tiny plane and waiting on the tarmac in Philadelphia and my toddler daughter was so freaked out and my infant son was crying, but we couldn't take them inside because we now had a broken stroller and four carry ons to lug through the airport. No one offered to help! NO ONE! If I had been by myself I would have cried.

To make matters worse, I'm afraid I might have messed up the ability to make a claim because I wanted to get said daughter and son OUT of the airport and home. I contacted US Airways in an email, but they don't have a phone number, and I'm really worried they won't pay for a replacement wheel or apologize.

We will NEVER fly them again....
