Gulf coast/ Clear water area of Florida is very nice that time of year and if you're baseball fans you might be able to catch some spring training games

WE just went to Kansas City (close drive) but if we wanted something relaxing we would probably do Key West or San Francisco. If we were to go on one this time we would have chose NYC and Chicago if we were driving, pretty at Christmas (not really in a beach mood)

We didn't take one, but I LOVE Sanibel and Seaside (both in Florida).

Key west is mostly drinking and not great beaches. I would suggest Miami, Santa Monica, Sanibel or San Diego

We went to Maui for our babymoon. It was absolutely perfect. A great mix of activities and relaxation.

We looove Key West!! Yes, it's a drinking spot but I would totally go there pregnant!

April in Florida would be fun if you're into baseball too!

We're not going on a babymoon, but we went to Puerto Rico last year (no passport or currency exchange necessary! I didn't know that! Haha...) and it was like going to a different country without going to a different country. It was beautiful and fun and delicious, and we loved it!

Key West is really nice! We did Kauai, and absolutely loved it. Super relaxing and romantic. I used to work near Santa Monica, so my idea of it is probably somewhat skewed, but it can get pretty crowded, parking and driving is chaotic. So unless you stayed within walking distance of everything, a car and driving would be necessary.

@78h2o: I just picked up every weekend between now and the end of December and I'm on service for most of January.

I may be able to go to California for 48 hours at the end of January, but it will be solo. There's just no time!

Our friends have offered to babysit the girls for free one night, so we're hoping to use a gift certificate and have a slow leisurely dinner.

That would be enough for me. Hopefully my parents will be able to come and stay during the birth so we can be at the hospital together

We went to Mexico for our babymoon (I'm in Canada).

We spent a few days in Miami and then drove a keep wrangler down to Key West. Such an amazing trip! And, where else is there a dessert restaurant called Better Than Sex?! Only in Key West!

We went to Kauai for our baby moon! Loved it, and it was so relaxing and beautiful. I was 18 weeks, which felt perfect. Even went on an 8 mile roundtrip hike, and swam in a waterfall!

@dc yoga bee: I told my husband I want to go on a babymoon to Old Town. I was there for a wedding in October, but didn't really get to explore. We only live 1.5-2 hrs away, so it would be an easy trip. NYC is fun too. We've taken the MegaBus there and had a great time. I've never left LO though, so I have to get up the courage before this baby arrives!

We are planning a trip to Phoenix. Spring is beautiful there, and there are some world class golf and spa resorts, perfect for relaxing.
