We just had a few days in Quebec City and it was gorgeous! It's supposed to be really nice in the summer too...

I'd go to Tofino on Vancouver Island. Beautiful and relaxing. Lots to see and do.

@Mrs. Confetti: a lot depends on weather as a lot of places that would be too hot in summer would be fab in Spring.

Montreal is pretty great. I loved it there. (Bagels, poutine, delicious brunch)

Prince Edward Island.

@char54: my favourite province! I had never been out East til I met DH (he is from NS) and she we went to PEI two summers ago it felt like home. You are so right on heaven on earth! Nothing extravagant about it, just beautiful and homey.

Couldn't pay me to go to Savannah, GA ever again, but that's just me! Loved Hilton Head Isl.

Love Mackinac Isl, went in May and it was cold, and hardly anyone there, but it was lovely, wish I could have been there a few weeks later when things started blooming!

Quebec City can definitely be fun any time of year, but I have only been in winter!

I love Ottawa, Halifax for Canadian city visits!

The fact that you've been to Pacific North West, Vancouver and Alaska makes me think cursory cruise ship stops??

If you were interested in BC again and like a warm/dry climate (which I thought felt fabulous when we visited at 33 weeks pregnant) I might venture into the Okanagan area. This is my hometown in Vernon, but Kelowna, Penticton and Osooyos are lovely too.

I would do Niagara Falls.

In spring AZ isn't bad as long as you are done by early May- I love Sedona and Flagstaff is home to me, but during the summer and being pregnant- DO NOT do AZ, San Antonio, or Savannah- misery! Kiawah Island outside of Charleston, SC is amazing and one of my favorite places, but looks like it's out on your list. Another one I'm interested in is the Florida Keys, doesn't have to be wild if you don't want it to be.

How about Cape Cod? You could do day trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. I love Cape Cod in the spring/summer!

We honeymooned (part of the time) in jasper. It was wonderful. There are lots of nice, moderate walks/hikes. We rented the cutest little cabin: http://www.pinebungalows.com

If you prefer more metropolitan areas, Quebec City and Montreal are both lovely.

And Vermont is gorgeous, but I'm partial because we live here. I can give you more info on nice spots if you are interested. Burlington is a really fun town with lots to do.

I'd highly recommend an Alaska cruise (if you go in the summer). We flew up to Anchorage, and cruised down to Vancouver. The scenery was amazing, and the ship was so relaxing.

@Arden I was going to recommend Mackinac too! When we lived in MI we took a weekend trip, stayed at a B&B called The Deer Head Inn, actually in Mackinaw City, and took the ferry over to the island. We also drove up into the U.P. and I wish we had had more time there.

We also honeymooned in Montreal and I would love to go back. So many great options!
