When you pin something, do you just post the name of the thing you are pinning or do you post notes, as well?
I usually just post the name of whatever it is I am pinning. Sometimes, if I have made the dish and want to note something, I will write more than just the name.

I usually dont even change whats in the description box sometimes its weird notes from the last person who pinned it

Yup I always just leave it as it is, including the previous person's notes!

Sometimes I make notes, sometimes I'm too lazy to. I do have a variety of "Tried It & Loved It" boards for different things (food, beauty tips, etc.) where something gets pinned to when I've had success with it.

Usually I don't change anything unless I don't agree with what the person said. Like, for an example, I saw the cutest little dudes outfit and the person had wrote "Love the shirt, but no boy of mine will wear skinny jeans.", so, I deleted the note and wrote "Love the outfit!".
