I'm coming there at the end of the month for work. It's a hectic week, but I'm flying in pretty early on the Sunday that I arrive. Any places I *have* to go to? I'm staying at the Fairmont Waterfront. It's my first time on the west coast!

Not from Vancouver but we go there fairly often from Seattle.
We had a great time biking around Stanley Park.

Stanley Park/the seawall is really nice to walk/bike around.
Granville Island- public market, great food, shopping. -
I'm from Seattle and I love Granville Island and Kitsilano beach. It's more like what do you need to eat rather than see in Vancouver though

@babycanuck: I haven't been in a while, but if you're on Granville Island, check out the Granville Island Broom Co. An ex-coworker runs it with family. They make traditional brooms and they've been used on Once Upon a Time!
