Vic & Anthony's is in the Golden Nugget in old Vegas. They have the best crab stuffed salmon. It is a steakhouse.

We went to VooDoo at the Rio and it was amazing. Great view of the strip from the table and rooftop bar also.

If you like Thai food check out Lotus of Siam! It's AMAZING! There's always a line.

B&B Tratatitoria...amazeballs!
Nobu...I have never eaten at the one in Vegas but the one on Sobe was my fav! (Ceviche Nobu Taco, Black Cod Miso, Shishito Peppers - all musts!)
AND - Delmonico's - it is a steak house and I did have steak there but two of the other wives I was with had fish and RAVED about it. Emeril does most everything pretty good - so dont necessarily write off a steak house!
And now I am starving at 8:25am!!!!

I love Vegas, I'm planning my own trip there in October! Here are some of my recommendations:
Portofino - Italian food. I've never been but I've heard raves, it's on my list for our upcoming trip.
Bartolotta - expensive, but they fly in their seafood fresh from the Mediterannean daily. Incredibly pastas. See if you can get one of the poolside cabanas for a very romantic experience.
Rose Rabbit Lie - very cool atmosphere. The food was good (one thing was great, one thing was meh, everything else was good) but the vibe is amazing. And we had this dessert called the Chocolate Terrarium that blew my mind, both visually and in taste - do a google image search, you won't believe it.
Other places we've been and loved: Sage (Aria), Julian Serrano (also Aria), Scarpetta (Cosmopolitan), Sinatra (Venetian) - you can't go wrong with any of them!
