Which video monitor do you have? Do you like it?
I'm looking in the $200 or less range. We registered for the BRU Baby Sight color one while in the store, but the online reviews aren't great, so I'm thinking of exchanging it. I'd love y'all's recommendations!

@chopsuey119, @c.sassy: thanks ladies! I was actually looking at that one. My shower is the weekend before Thanksgiving, so I might keep a look out for Black Friday deals for the Motorola monitor.

I did a lot of research on this and the Motorola that @chopsuey recommends/has is the one that I saw rave reviews for on mommy blogs everywhere...It's on Mrs Bee's must have baby list too...We ended up purchasing it on Amazon but obviously haven't gotten to use yet!

We also have the Motorola and we love it. BRU occasionally has them for 25% off, but they only have the package with the 2 cameras so it's a bit more. It ended up costing about the same as what Amazon charges. Having the 2 cameras is super useful because 1 is upstairs and 1 is downstairs right now. When we have baby #2, we can keep a camera in each room.

I'm also registering for the Motorola one (larger with zoom). It has so many good reviews and I think it will be worth the peace of mind!

We have the Motorla too and LOVE it. I used to have the Levana monitor and I thought that one was pretty nice until we got the motorola. it's totally worth it, especially since you can hook up a 2nd camera for baby #2. It's awesome!
