Do any of you Bees take a vitamin D supplement? If so, how many "IU" do you take?
I've had a vitamin D deficiency for two years now. I'm planning to add a 2,000 IU supplement along with the 1,400 IU I already get through my prenatal vitamins. I'm meeting with my doctor in a couple weeks to discuss this but would love to hear what you girls are doing in the meantime.
I'm experimenting with taking every other day now. ETA: And I was taking it with food, so not sure what the problem was...
