DH doesn't work regular hours and days...so sometimes he is around when I work from home and LO is at daycare. We live in a small place so I think it is hard for him to relax and not hear me on the phone for work. Sometimes I feel bad about invading his space on his days off! He says he doesn't mind but I think I would if I were in his shoes!

Yes, we are still finding a healthy balance for this. I work part time from home- usually in the evenings and weekends since I can't get much done alone with our son, and I spend one day a week onsite on my husband's weekday off.
He is torn, he wants the extra income, but also wants attention too. He works hard and wants to come home to family time, but there are times when I have to hand off the baby and make a run for my desk after dinner.
I do get occasional comments from him about me working, but he also complains about how stretched our finances are- I give him a gentle reminder that it is one or the other, but that continuing to work a little and stay home with our son keeps me happy too.

Rarely ever, thank goodness. He always likes to bug me if he is home!

I work from home a couple of days a week... I am working from home right now -- DH decided to make it a late morning since he has to work six days this week and is still snoring away in bed (he manages his own office.)
