So as much as I LOVE spring and summer - as I absolutely despise cold and snow... I also find myself dreading it in a way. I love spring and summer clothes, but I hate how I look in them. I have been running consistently for over four weeks and haven't lost a pound. I had lost all the baby weight after 6 months pp, but the lbs just keep trying to creep back on. I hate my size and the way clothes fit. As much as I dislike cold weather, I prefer wearing layers and thick sweaters that I can "hide" in. I just feel discouraged and disgusted with my body. I have been trying so hard to change that by exercising more but I haven't been seeing any results at all.

Anyone else?
