My mom says that the baby is always the mom's favorite when kids are little. This was definitely true in our household -- my younger brother was the favorite. And while I love Charlie and Olive equally, I have to say that I am LOVING Olive's age right now. She is my baby!

I'm the youngest and.. yep! Definitely my mom's favorite. 
I have a difficult time believing that baby 2 (boy) will be my favorite though.. I love my little girl so much!

nope! We always say that my oldest sister was my parent's favorite. She says that's only because she opened up to them more, but I think she was their favorite.
Now that we're all adults I'm not sure. She doesn't seem to have favorites anymore lol

I don't think my little sister was the favorite AT ALL. But she gets bonus points now for having moved far away--I live close to the parents and am less of a novelty.

I don't know... My youngest sister was definitely baby-ed a lot growing up, but she had 4 big sisters, so she had a lot of "moms." I would say my oldest sister is the favorite now, though. She and my parents are really close and spend a lot of time together.

oh and DH is his mom's favorite which is SO obvious, but he is middle born. I think it's because he is sooo sweet and the peacemaker.

Well I'm the baby sister with one older bother. I was my dad's favorite and my brother was my mom's favorite so it worked out : )

I'm the youngest, and I don't think so. I always felt my sister (middle child) was my moms favorite. I don't feel like dad favored any one really. And it wasn't bad or anything, its just mom and sister have a different relationship than mom and I.
Funny story to prove my point: My sister moved out when she turned 18 and my mom cried and wouldn't speak to her for like a week. When I moved out (I was 19) my parents helped me move, dropped off my stuff, and went to happy hour LOL

We all love my youngest sister and agree she is definitely the nicest and sweetest of all of us (I'm one of 5) but I'm not sure she was my parents' favorite. Definitely not my dad's-- not that he didn't like her, but he had less in common with her. My dad's favorite now is whoever brings a grandchild around more. My mom's favorite switches around, I think (she "loves us all the same but in different ways") but I think it goes back and forth between me and my older sister
It's more obvious now with favorite grandchildren. My parents favor my brother's son, while my sisters and I favor my older sister's son. I'm glad it's split so no one is slighted.

I am the oldest.....and the favorite by the parents by a long shot. HOWEVER, I am also the "star pupil" child...meaning I never got in trouble at school, had straight As, got married and went to college without giving them a hard time....all of that. So, that plays into it.
My little brother is driving my parents insane and so is my young sister. But, they love them all the same obviously....it's just that I am the "easy" child and the one who they depend on.

No, I think I'm my mom's favorite now (although I caused the most stress growing up) & Dad treats us all the same, he hasn't really shown a favorite. My younger sister tends to be an the um...annoying side so she drives my parents bonkers! haha

I'm the oldest and the favorite in the family. I have tried to make it so my family doesn't always make it so blatantly obvious, but it still happens. I will say that my youngest sister was definitely protected more and doted on more than my brothers, but I think that is just because she was the baby of the family.

Ha! We always joke that my youngest brother is mom's favorite and still call him the baby. I tend to think that I'm my father's favorite. I am 3rd of 4 and the only girl so I know he has a soft spot for me.

Totally! My parents still treat my 6'2", 23-year-old brother like a baby. They actually call him 'Aegi,' which means baby in Korean :P. He's so the favorite.

I couldn't really tell you who was the favorite, I think we sort of waffle back and forth, there was never a clear winner for any length of time.
