If you believe Christians are supposed to dress modestly, is Meagan Good less of a Christian for wearing a low cut dress?

I believe everyone should dress appropriately, regardless of religion. I like a good bit of sexy, but this is just too much. A couple of extra inches could have made all the difference.

I think the dress is fine. Ya it is low but it doesnt show THAT much boob. People are so judgmental.
If I had the opportunity to go to red carpet events, I'd pobably wear awesome sexy dresses too!! I'm a Christian.EtA: I don't think it is "whatever goes." I do think there is a line, I just don't think this dress crosses it.

@Rainbow Sprinkles: For me, it's not the amount of boob, it's whether it's *good* boob or not . . . and this is not *good* boob (for her anyway). I don't have any problems with this dress except that it doesn't flatter her chest at all!

@MsLipGloss: yes I don't think it is flattering either. I showed it to my husband and asked if it was too sexy for a Christian woman to wear and he said "uhhhh no. This isn't sexy at all."

The dress doesn't make her less Christian per se, but it is too much, too revealing, too sexy. I don't like that dress choice on anyone Christian or not

I'm not a fan of the dress, I honestly think it's not very flattering, but I absolutely don't think it makes her less of a Christian. In fact, I would suggest her fellow Christians who are criticizing her so harshly should read up on the whole judging others thing.

I don't think that what you wear makes you more or less Christian, but I don't think that was the best look for her. It is low cut, it does have a high slit, but it's not the worst dress I've seen. For it's type, it is fairly modest and doesn't show a whole lot of skin. It's just not super flattering on her, and I don't know if it would be super flattering on anybody.

I think the dress is a little much for a normal person but she is a celebrity and I guess its expected of them to dress in a sexy way. I think she could have chosen a better dress to wear.

@MsLipGloss: Amen... She definitely did not have the boobs to pull off this dress. It's not a good/appropriate look for her but that has nothing to do with religion. I'm Christian and it plays no part in what I wear. If I'm comfortable with what I'm wearing and my husband is comfortable with what I'm wearing that's all I care about.
