Yes, DS was potty trained right after he turned 2. I came home one weekend and decided to do our version of the 3-day boot camp, and it worked like a charm.

Dd1--yes. She was fully day and night potty trained before 26 months. It took 2 days, and she hasn't had an accident since.
Dd2--nope. She will be 3 next month and has yet to even sit on the potty. She is not even remotely ready. She is so anti potty/undies that she gets upset just by me bringing them up.

We started at 23 months and now at 2.5 he's pretty good and mostly dry at night.

LO will be 2.5 at the end of the month and just isn't ready. I read OCPT over the summer and we tried, but by the end of day 2 he was just crying and upset about the potty. We will try again in a few months I guess!

I think 2.5 is pretty average for beginning potty training. We potty trained at 22 months because we felt LO was ready and it went well but that is on the early side. In my birth month group (about 10 moms), LO and one other kiddo were potty trained before 2. The others started between around 2.5 for the most part and I think now that everyone is turning 3, all the kids are trained or working on it.
I have to say I am glad I didn't wait because she is so incredibly strong willed now and if we were trying to potty train now, it might be pretty stressful! Everything is a battle if she senses the opportunity for one.

No - DS1 trained at 35 months. DS2 is only 22m

DD is 22 months and we are maybe 40% lol
She is into some days and others not -
We did it at around 2.5... I think it was a couple of months later.
