I'm sitting on my porch and the kid across the street is maybe 3-4 and he's whacking the car parked on the street in front of his house with a large stick.

I'm not sure where his parents are (or if that's even actually his house). I just walked out here and sat down and noticed it. Not really sure what to say... Or if I should say anything. I hope his parents find him soon!!
