At what age did your LO use a water table? Also, recomendations on favorite ones? My LO is almost 11 months old.

Good question! I plan on getting one for my son this summer because he's REALLY into playing with water lately.

@banana: My LO loves water too.. but some of them have sand and he loves putting everything in his mouth... so I'm not sure if he's too young or not

@littlek: Oh they actually COME with sand? I thought you had to buy your own sand! Maybe you can buy him a water/sand table and only let him play with the water part until he stops putting things in his mouth? Actually, my son learned really quickly not to put sand in his mouth. It's pretty disgusting. Maybe your son will try it and then realize it's gross and stop doing it!

I bought one for M for her 1st birthday! She LOVES playing with water so I thought it would be great for the backyard this year.

I'd say as long as they can stand next to it to play with it, they're old enough for supervised play. My son loves water play, I am thinking of getting him a water table too this summer.

My LO received a water table for his 1st birthday and enjoyed using it in the summer. Hope to bring it out again this year and maybe add some sand.
