During the TWW, I've started to think of one or two ways to pamper myself in the event of a BFN. Make no mistake, I still hold an overwhelming amount of optimism that I will get a BFP each time. However, I feel like pampering myself is nuturing and eases the disappointment ever so very, very slightly. It's also a good way for me to force myself to take a step back and relax.

I try to make these treats a break from all TTC-related, as Lord knows after a BFN all I want to do is dive into Hellobee or TCOYF!

Do you ever do this? If so, what are some ideas? Mine are: take a bubble bath, pick out/borrow a new non-TTC related book, get a manicure/pedicure (at home or at the salon), try a new type of wine, get a massage, or order sushi.
