I put our Diaper Genie in our storage closet tonight and came across my wedding china! We have only used ours once...did you register for china and have you used it?

No we didn't register for china. I didn't want to get bits and pieces of a set and have to pay to get the rest. Plus, we live in an apartment so we don't really have room to store it.

We didn't register for china. We registered for everyday plates, bowls, etc in pure white. I love our dishes we got because we can use them over and over again!

Yes, we love it. I still wish we used it more... but we use it about once a month.

I didn't register for China. I bought some plain white china before I got married and we use it daily.

I would love some china, I think we're going to invest when we finally relocate and decide on our dining room!

I have my grandmother's china so I didn't register for any. I use it when I host holidays, but I'd like to start using it more often! We have a big buffet in the dining room it is stored in so it's pretty accessible, and I think it would be fun to eat off of it occasionally. Of course, this would mean we would have to consider eating meals somewhere other than in front of the TV...

Nope we didn't register for china, we're not the kind of people to use or display it.

Yes! We've only been married for 6 months, but we've used our china about once a month. To be fair, we just did a simple, white china with platinum ring, so I think we can use our china more often than some china. We chose a less expensive line of china, because I LOVE accent plates and want to buy lots and lots of different patterns over the years to go with our basic china.

We didn’t register for china, as I already have 2 full sets that had been gifted to me by elderly relatives. We use the china once in a while for formal dinners, but most of our dinner parties/get togethers are casual and we don’t host holidays yet, so the china mostly just sits in storage.

I inherited china from MIL (she received it from DH's grandmother, her MIL) I've used certain pieces once or twice, but usually they just stay in our formal dining room in the china display mantle.

We didn't want to as we're not really into formal dining/entertainment, but my mother-in-law basically forced us to register for it. We haven't used it yet (been married for 1.5 years) - it's sitting in my parents' basement.

I didn't register for any because both my mom and MIL have nice china, so I'm hoping to inherit some in the future. Right now I wouldn't use it anyway because all holiday dinners are at both my mom's and MIL's house, so there's no reason for me to cook a third meal. But eventually I know I'll get a lot of use out of it when our parents get older so we start hosting dinners.

We registered for it and got 12 place settings and many serving dishes. I absolutely LOVE my china... that being said, we rarely use it. I'm glad I have it though!

I registered for 16 settings & my mil bought it all & all the extra stuff that goes with it for us - we like to entertain & have family dinners at our house. I actually use the bowls from it on a pretty regular basis b/c they're more reasonably sized than our everyday dishes are {they are gigantic} & would use it more for everyday use if the husbonen would let me. I feel like if we have it, we ought to use it - too many pretty things get put away for special occasions that never come.

we didn't register for china, our house is on the smaller side with no real storage (no basement because we're on an island!), so it didn't seem like it would work for us.
i really really wanted to, though - some patterns were just SO PRETTY that i almost did, even knowing that i would have nowhere to put it haha

I love our china but we have yet to use it! It was a wedding gift from my parents and they knew it was something (the pattern) I always wanted when I got married. I think it's something we will use with age, like for holiday dinners etc.

I registered for china and we do use it. We bring it out for special occasions and sometimes just because. I think we'll use it more once we get a hutch in our dining room and it's more easily accessible.

We do have some china, but we haven't used it yet. I can't wait to use it for dinner parties or holidays but that probably won't be for awhile, our dinning room in this house is pretty small. We have a basic white set that I do use fairly often, & then regular dishes of course we use daily.

Yes, we registered for it. And yes, we use it.
We love to cook and entertain so we pretty much use our good china, crystal and flatware any time we have company. We figure we have it, so we might as well use it!

No, we didn't, but we inherited some from MIL - we haven't used it, but we plan to when we're older and host some holidays. They're so teeny compared to modern dishes though! It's nuts!

We registered for plain bone china and we use it very regularly. I didn't want anything that couldn't go into the dishwasher-- nothing worse than having to hand-wash EVERYthing after a huge meal with guests in the house!! Most of my serving pieces are from that set of china. We also have a set of Corelle plates for everyday use and another set of slightly nicer plates just because I loved the design and it was on clearance at Macy's-- we hunted down every last piece by going to 4 or 5 different Macy's.
I love china!
We do not have a china cabinet or formal dining room, but I plan to have them in the future once our children are grown. I will purchase a full set of formal china then, and display it and hope to pass it down one day.

Didn't register for it b/c I knew we would never use it. I host Thanksgiving every year, and have cheapo Wal-Mart plates that look nice and no one can tell that they were like less than $50 for the whole set.

We've used ours 3 times in two and a half years of marriage. I love it and wish we used it more.
