I think that would be a really healthy way to handle time away from baby for ou and DH to enjoy before heading back to work. Our baby is due in May and we are hoping to get a night out to see Phish in the fall (our favorite band ever!)

Just saw a dated pic tonight with DS spending his first night at grandma's house when he was 2wks old.

I wasn't really breastfeeding to the point of trying to build my supply or anything though. This go round I'll probably keep lo closer longer to really build my supply.

I would totally go if I were you! =) Maybe do some trial over night stays so that when you go you won't be worrying about lo & you can really enjoy yourselves =)
