We need to get back into meal planning again!
Sunday: Homemade pizzas. Ham, Pineapple & Cheese and a Steak Lover's Pizza - steak in cast iron, roasted garlic, saute onion & mushrooms, banana peppers, 3 cheese and spring mix on top.
Monday: Spaghetti & Meatballs
Tuesday: Stir fry fish tofu w bunapi mushrooms over jasmine rice
Wednesday: Fish Tacos (pickled red onions & cole slaw) w yam fries
Thursday: Anniversary dinner out!
Friday/Saturday: TBD some kind of protein with green beans or broccoli and rice pilaf as sides.
