It's not quite fall weather here yet (although I think it's supposed to dip into the 40s overnight!) but I am SO READY for fall food!
Sun: Turkey and sweet potato chili
Mon: Slow cooker enchilada orzo
Tues: Honey dijon chicken thighs with butternut risotto and snap peas
Wed: Butternut squash and bacon pasta
Thurs: Brussels sprouts carbanara
Fri: Probably take-out?
Not my healthiest week, but oh well
or if not leftovers, probably a quick spaghetti with tomato sauce).
