I just changed an overloaded poop diaper that smelled so bad I was gagging. I was almost through wiping him down (I seriously considered just giving him a bath) when I realized there was a hair coming out of his anus. That I had to pull out. One of my hairs, covered in poop.
I'm grossed out in a way I don't think I have been yet. Motherhood is so glamorous!
What's the grossest thing you've encountered so far?

Oh boy... This has yet to happen to me with my LO but it happens far too often with my dog 
Poor girl FREAKS OUT about it... and I have really long hair. Hoping I don't have to experience it during a diaper change.

LOL - that is nasty! So far, the two grossest things I've dealt with are:
I was changing Xander's diaper and he just start pooping on me! He'd poop and it'd ooze out and I'd wipe him down, get a fresh diaper on him, and then he'd keep going! I went through like 15 wipes and 3 diapers!!! And I was just watching it the whole time! YUCK!
And the thing that grossed me out the MOST was... Xander had a blowout at daycare, so I was spraying resolve on his outfit that he blew-out in. It smelled SOOOOOOO bad and it was HUGE blowout! It was all over the back of the sleeper and completely filled a leg!! I kept gagging and having to hold my breath as I coated the whole thing in Resolve and then threw it in the wash! Sooooooo thankful that daycare was the one that had to actually CLEAN him after that disaster!!!

Yup I've done it plenty of times on my dog. Not looking forward to it in a diaper.

Hehehe eeew. I think the grossest so far was when her poop smelled like bread and butter for a few days. You'd think that would be better than normal poop smell, but somehow, it was so much worse. I've had a hard time eating toast since then....

LO had a blowout on the way to the grocery store this weekend. It was so bad I had to change her in the parking lot because we couldn't get in the store. After changing her I did a quick wipe of her seat but I didn't see anything. We shopped and she fell asleep in the car on the way back. I brought her inside in the her seat and as I was unloading groceries I noticed a HUGE puddle of poop in ther carseat base. It was 100F out and so it was really cooking while we were in the store for an hour. I don't know how I overlooked the horrific poop smell in the car.
When she woke up I had to dismantle the carseat and wash everything by hand since we were out of town without a washing machine. Somehow she managed to poop straight down into the seat strap. Gross.

Wow that is nasty. Baby N had a blow out a couple weeks ago and somehow before/during the change we managed to have poop from his shoulders to his toes. it was bad bad. He comes to work with me and we didn't have a change of clothes, so sat naked in his diaper for the rest of the day. Now THAT is what I call casual Friday

We've had that happen. So gross.
DH was changing her diaper once and caught an airborne poo barehanded. I laughed silently in the other room as he squealed.

I think I have a tie for the grossest thing so far. At 3 weeks old I was changing his diaper, and he peed right in my face. I mean, he hit me in the eye and when I turned my face he got me in the mouth. Blarghhh!
The other time I decided I'd put him in the tub with me. He was soooo happy! Then he got a concentrated look on his face and ripped the biggest poop in the history of ever. Green water. Slimy mommy. Good times.

chloe was maybe a day or two old and she pooped mid diaper change. i didn't have a diaper under neath her, so i caught it. in my hands. that yucky newborn poop. my husband had to finish her diaper change while i waddled to the bathroom (c-section recovery) to wash my hands.
we were home for maybe two weeks when she had this projectile poop that seriously went 5 feet in the air and landed in my dining room, on our white carpeting. it was like a squirt gun and we couldn't stop laughing.
i'm pretty sure C's mission the first month of her life was to shit on everything possible.

My LO pooped mid diaper change, so I grabbed a paper towel to catch it. As I caught the poop, he started peeing....peed in his face and started choking on his own pee.
I used a paper towel to get the pee out of his face, meanwhile he was still pooping and wriggling his legs.
He was *covered* in pee and poop and I had to hose him off.

DS-it would be the other morning when I could smell through the closed bedroom door that he had pooped.
