Our insurance only covers Well visits until age 6 - DS doesn't play sports and school doesn't require a physical so he hasn't been since age 6 - he is about a month away from turning 8.
Is there any reason to take him in yearly? His next vax isn't until age 11.
Curious what others plan to do.

That's very strange about your insurance. Usually peds recommend at least every other year through those years.

I agree strange on the insurance side. I thought annual well visits for all persons were part of ACA. I think I'd seek the advice of the pediatrician. I'd probably still go annually.

I had no idea it wasn't yearly. I just looked up Kaiser policy and found this. So I will plan to take her at 6 and then 8 and 10.
