Looking back, I was such a hypochondriac when it came to Lo's health the first 8 weeks or so of her life. Anytime I would read and research something, I was CONVINCED she had what I was reading! Here were all of the things i diagnosed her with: reflux, silent reflux, tongue tie, lip tie, dairy and soy intolerances.

I think my biggest problem was that I needed to know WHY she was crying and fussing during breastfeeding and I wouldn't accept the fact that maybe she was just a fussy, semi colicky baby. Like I needed to find a reason for why she was the way she was so I could fix it! The crying for no reason part stressed me out so bad, made me feel like I couldn't comfort my own daughter! But magically around 8-10 weeks it was like a light went off and she was a totally different baby. Breastfeeding was no longer a screaming session and she is now the happiest, smiley, goofball, and I think that when she was a newborn she probably just had colic of some sort and had a harder time adjusting to the outside world!
