In your recover room, were you able to adjust the temperature of the room? What did the hospital staff have it set to - warmer or cooler than you are used to?

We could set it ourselves, both in labor & delivery and recovery. But I never touched it.

I know in our hospital there are individual room controls.

We could adjust the thermostat in my room. I have no idea what it was set to, but I remember DH adjusted it a few times when I was too hot or too cold.

I know that in my recovery room I can adjust the temp (because I spent 3 days in one a few mos. ago...) not sure about the actual delivery room though!

I hope so! During our tour, the rooms we were in were incredibly HOT.

No idea.... apparently the room was very cold, but I didn't notice

YES! I kept our room nice and toasty.. DH couldn't handle it because he's hot blooded.
LO needed to stay warm though! -
Yeah we had it cooler during labor but warm when it was baby and me. It was nice to adjust it

Yes - we had our own thermostat and it was so nice!

yes we had a control, and I was ridiculous with it. I'd want it warm for LO, then I'd have a hot flash and freak out that it was so warm..... thanks post partum hormones!

Yup! Thankfully because I was freezing even though everyone else was burning up!

We turned ours down a bit; it was HOT in my room!

Yes but it was still super hot because we kept the temp up for LO.
