I was formula-fed...I didn't know this until I was an adult. I just assumed I was breastfed!

My older sister and I were formula-fed. My little brother and sister were breastfed.

Formula fed. All my siblings were breasted though. My mom was young and I was the first so I think that had something to do with it.

My older sister was breastfed for a short time and myself and younger sister were bottlefed.
Breast feeding has never interested me. I know that might sound bad to some but I never had that desire before. Now that both my sisters have had children and breastfed both of their children I am actually considering breast feeding our last child.

Formula fed. I don't think my mom ever considered breastfeeding.

Formula fed, my mom said that at the time BFing just wasn't for her and she went back to work not long after I was born so it wasn't really an option should could have considered.

Breastfed until well into toddlerhood. Apparently I used to stick my hand down my mom's shirt for comfort even after weaned.

I was breastfed for the first three months and then after that was formula. I can't remember why, but I know my mom just couldn't feed me anymore.

I was breastfed until 18 months. My hubby was formula fed though.

My mom couldn't breastfeed so I was formula fed, she breastfed for a lil bit with my younger brother but he also was formula fed early on.

I was similar to you Mrs. Bee. My mom got pregnant with my sister when I was six months old, so I went from breast to formula then.

My mom tried really hard to breastfeed me but I couldn't latch. I lost weight after I was born and the doctor actually diagnosed me with "failure to thrive." After that, she formula fed me. I'm pretty sure she formula fed my younger brother, but she breastfed my youngest brother for 9 months.

My 2 siblings and I were breastfed. Anecdotal, but none of us have allergies. My farther, husband was formula fed, with terrible allergies.

All three of us were breastfed. I don't think my mom ever considered formula.

My husband and his 3 sibs were all formula fed.

All 7 of us are healthy, no allergies, serious illnesses, etc. as adults.

My sister and I were both Formula fed babes. We are smart, healthy adults who breastfeed our babies. My MIL also formula fed her 3 boys. They both say, it's just what everyone did at the time (late 70's/early 80's).

I remember my mother once commenting that sometimes it was seen as a "status" thing - only those who couldn't afford formula, breastfed. How crazy!? It's kind of funny b/c my parents really couldn't afford formula at the time, but they made other cuts to be able to buy it.

I was breastfed exclusively until I was 4 months old, then I had formula during the day and breastmilk at night.

I was adopted at birth so I was formula-fed (same with my sister). I'm not sure what my brothers (parents biological children) were? I'd assume breast-fed....heck, my parents lived in a log house my dad built back then. They were kind of hippy-ish.

My 4 sisters and I were formula fed. My mom tried breastfeeding with my oldest sister, and it didn't work out for her. Even though I was formula fed, my parents urged me to give breastfeeding a try. Because they don't have any experience with breastfeeding, they had a lot to learn. For example they didn't understand why my LO was eating every 2 hours.
