What are you making for picnics this weekend? DH told the people whose picnic we are going to on Subday that I would make a salad of some sort. (Sigh, I hate when he does that.) I don't know what I'm making yet.

I've already committed to potato salad. There's a good WW recipe with turkey bacon in it. Yum.

We aren't going to a picnic on Memorial Day, but we are going down to Oregon to spend the weekend in Portland!
We will probably spend the day shopping and eating declicious food.
