I see lots of younger babies on IG that are ahead of O on milestones but it doesn't bother me too much because he's been hitting them closer to his adjusted age. He's working on standing now so I was curious at what age other LO's started walking. I know it can vary wildly....

My first was 13 months, second was 14 or 15 months, and LO had been cruising since 8 months (we aren't quit to walking on our own yet, but close at 9 months).

She's not "full" walking yet, but has taken 4-5 steps right at 12 months. She started crusing around furniture at 10 months and standing on her own at 11 1/2 months.

Standing at 9 months, first steps at 12 months, walking at 14 months. She likes to take her time.

olive - born 5 weeks early, first steps at 17 months and walking at 18 months. there were pros and cons to her being a late walker as a second child. pro -- got into less trouble. con -- i had to carry her everywhere!

Abby didn't crawl until she was 10 months so I thought we were doomed with walking. She started walking about 14.5 months and is sooo proud of herself. It's too cute.

LO started walking at 11 months. His cousin started walking at 10 months, and I felt that she was more stable than my LO. It took him another month or two to really master walking.

16 months. She wasn't very interested. Now she runs around like a nut.

12 months, but it took a good 4 months for him to be able to walk very steadily.

LO just started taking some wobbly first steps and he turned 12 months last week!

First unintentional, uncontrolled steps at 9.5 months. First deliberate steps at 10.5 months.

He started cruising at 8 months and is just taking his first wobbling steps right now at 11.5 months. He's improving each day tho!

Started cruising at 7 months (before he learned how to situp or crawl)... Took a few random steps last week at 10 months... is a pro walker with his walker, but nothing substantial on his own yet!

Cruising at 9 months, standing at 11 months, first steps at 12 months, and now at 13 months he isn't quite "walking", but he is taking more steps at a time now. He's pretty cautious!

Right before his first birthday, he walked a few steps. It's been a month later. He's walking more confidently, but not full time at 13 months. He does the "touchdown" walk with his arms up in the air for balance. He's a little earlier than my niece and nephews who walked full time at 14 months.
