Our nanny thinks Olive is getting too big for her car seat stroller, but Charlie used it until he was 6 months old and he was way bigger than Olive. She's 4 1/2 months old now.
You're supposed to put babies in regular strollers when they're 6 months when they can sit up.
When did your LO start using a regular stroller?

We waited until 6 months. And we still use the infant seat in the stroller sometimes, she's going to be 7 months in 2 days.

LO is 7 months and we still use the infant seat as well. That's also because we mostly drive and haven't switched out the car seat yet.

6 months as well since that is when we stopped using the infant seat and snap and go.

DD #1 rode in her Maclaren at 6 months, but she also still fit in her infant car seat for cab rides til 10 months.
DD #2 started riding in a regular stroller seat when she turned 7 months. she still fits in her infant car seat too... Probably til 10 or 11 months I'm guessing based on her recent growth stats/curve.

DS got cleared for the jogging strolled (reclined almost flat) at 4 months by our pediatrician, but fit into his infant seat un 8 months. We used both depending on where we were going.

We stopped using an infant seat at 2 months (really never fit in car, PITA) and he tried out his umbrella stroller (G-Luxe) around 4 months but it was short trips and he was reclined. He's been riding though in the Vista since around 2-3 months fully reclined. He never really liked the bassinet. We never used a snap n go or the car seat in the stroller.

We used our stroller earlier than 6 months, but it has a full recline and the leg rest can be extended so it's fully flat.

Besides vacations where we did not bring our infant car seat, we used the infant car seat with stroller frame until she was 18 months!

We never used the infant seat (Liv HAAAAAAAAAATES it) and we put her in her G-Luxe at 3 months, fully reclined. Usually for short trips. We had her in the UB Vista from birth - 3 months in the bassinet, then in the seat, reclined, from 3 months on. Liv has always had a strong core and neck, so she was a bit early in the strollers

Around 6 months when DS outgrew the infant seat, but we rarely use the stroller. That age might have been different if the stroller was our go to over a carrier.

Oh my, it didn't even cross my mind that we had to switch! LO is 6.5 months and LOVES being in her carseat/stroller! She naps well in there if we're out! I'm nervous now!

@Rubies: as long as she fits there's no need to switch! My lo likes her regular stroller though, she can look around and see more.

we switched to a regular stroller last month. LO was 9 months old! He was a bit snug though...
